The Fifth Avenue Club Baltimore is an extension of the luxury retailer’s existing Fifth Avenue Clubs, which have historically been housed within Saks Fifth Avenue stores and provide customers with highly personalized service.
Available to both local customers and hotel guests, The Fifth Avenue Club Baltimore offers by-appointment personal shopping and styling services, in addition to one-of-a-kind trunk shows, jewelry showcases and other notable shopping experiences. The Fifth Avenue Club has recruited skilled personal stylists in the local community to provide clients with expertly curated merchandise selections across all categories based on each client’s specific needs and style preferences, from clothing and accessories to shoes and fine jewelry. The concept utilizes Saks’ luxury lifestyle assortment, with stylists presenting merchandise from both Saks.com and Saks Fifth Avenue stores during client appointments.
The Fifth Avenue Club’s format invites clients to connect with a Saks Stylist for an initial in-person or virtual consultation to discuss personal style, wardrobe needs, sizing and designer preferences. Following the consultation, the stylist will curate a personalized selection of merchandise from nearby Saks Fifth Avenue stores, delivered to the styling suite and presented for each client appointment. The Fifth Avenue Club Baltimore also features digital touchpoints, allowing clients to seamlessly browse and shop on Saks.com should they require an alternative size, color or style.
