The Barrière Group has announced that Maison Barrière Vendôme, located in the heart of Paris’ fashion and jewelry district, is set to open its doors in early January 2025. The hotel, which will house 26 rooms, suites and apartments, is located between Place Vendôme and the Tuileries Gardens.
Housed in a fully redesigned private mansion and comprising 10 rooms and 16 suites, Maison Barrière Vendôme was first conceived by Corinne Evens, owner of the private mansion and head of the Evens Group. It was then brought to life by the Barrière Group. Each room pays tribute to iconic women who left their mark on history. From the George Sand Suite, adorned with 18th-century fabrics inspired by the writer’s bedroom, to the Sarah Bernhardt Suite, where the embossed velvet by Maison Pierre Frey echoes the patterns of the actress’ stage dress, 27 illustrious women are honored by architect Daniel Jibert.
Good to know: Designed to offer the comfort of a home, the most spacious suites allow guests to host private dinners prepared by chefs.
From breakfast to dinner, guests are invited to gather at Frida. Located on the first floor of the Parisian hotel, this bar restaurant offers a generous menu with South American influences and cocktails, all set in an intimate and warm atmosphere. This space stretches from the bar to the veranda, opening onto a secret garden—a tree-lined patio providing a peaceful retreat and a touch of greenery away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Finally, the historic cellars will soon unveil a spa beneath their stone vaulted ceilings. Offering a range of beauty rituals, the spa will comprise treatment rooms, a sauna and cold plunge pool.
