Bvlgari to Open Resort and Private Mansions in the Bahamas

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has announced its newest project, the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Cave Cay, in the Bahamas, scheduled to open in 2029. It follows the previously announced projects in Maldives, Miami Beach and Bodrum, which are set to open between 2026 and 2027. This new addition brings the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Collection to 13 properties, including Milan, London, Bali, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing, Paris, Tokyo and Rome.

The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay will comprise 64 suites and seafront villas, as well as 48 Bvlgari-branded private mansions and estates offered for sale. Cave Cay, a 220-acre private island located in the Exumas, is home to numerous white-sand beaches, caves (as its name suggests) and hills with views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.

The resort will offer a range of facilities including a spa and wellness center, a multi-sports enclave, kids’ club, the signature beach club La Spiaggia, a Bvlgari Bar and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, curated by the three-Michelin starred Chef Niko Romito. Additionally, a marina will accommodate the docking needs of the residents and will provide visitors with a promenade offering a variety of shops and gastronomic experiences. The marina will also serve as the starting point of extensive water sports and a variety of local experiences including excursions to secluded islands and sand dunes.

Milan-based ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel is the architectural firm responsible for the design of the project. It is the firm that has been responsible for the design and curation of all Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts around the world.
