Palm House, Palm Beach’s first new hotel in four years, is now open. Located steps from the beach on Royal Palm Way, between Worth Avenue and the Royal Poinciana Plaza, the 79-room Palm House is the first U.S. property for the London-based L+R Hotels’ Iconic Luxury Hotels (ILH) collection.
The three-story hotel offers 58 guestrooms and 21 suites across a variety of room categories. Guests will find a range of comforts, including soaking tubs, balconies and terraces. The Terrace Rooms, which overlook the pool, are complete with lounging and dining patios that allow for poolside enjoyment from the comfort of one’s own private space.
Among Palm House’s 21 suites are five signature suites, including the Presidential and the Royal Palm. The 1,982-square-foot, two-story, one-bedroom Presidential Suite has two balconies overlooking the pool. The suite also offers a second-floor bedroom that overlooks the living areas. The suite comes with a butler who will assist with personalized service and ensure that the pantry remains fully stocked with preferential items and ILH’s new proprietary gin. Goot to know: The suite can be configured into a two-, three- or four-bedroom suite with the addition of adjacent rooms. The 1,464-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath Royal Palm Suite, on the other hand, has a 1,021-square-foot terrace.
Guests enter from the grand porte cochere directly into the Palm Bar. The light-filled bar and lounge serves cocktails and gourmet snacks. Check-in happens discreetly, either at the desk or in the comfort of their room.

To the right of the bar is Palm House Dining Room, whose menu fuses Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients. Welcoming hotel guests and residents of Palm Beach, the venue offers all-day dining, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, available both indoors and on the outdoor terrace. The 88-seat room offers a mix of banquettes, standalone tables and an open kitchen with a chef’s table.
The view from Palm Bar is through an arched doorway, past the outdoor dining patio, to the centerpiece of the hotel: Sunset Pool Deck, complete with a sunken, heated pool and patio. With cabana beds, cushioned loungers, poolside service and pool butlers, it offers a full food & beverage menu, plus hourly surprises and delights like Evian Spritzes and sunglass cleaning.
Good to know: Palm House is reportedly the only hotel in Palm Beach with underground parking for privacy and ease of access. All guest parking will be handled by valet service, with space for 80-plus vehicles and EV chargers.
Pooch-friendly, Palm House will ensure that all four-legged guests are pampered with specialty amenities. Additional amenities and services include custom-curated beach picnics, a house car, fitness center, seasonal fitness classes, concierge services, same-day dry cleaning and laundry, a business center and complimentary Wi-Fi.
