The Royal Portfolio has announced the appointment of Nigel Pace as its executive head of sales. With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 25 years in general manager roles, Pace is widely respected for his expertise in luxury hospitality.
At The Liz McGrath Collection, Pace held various roles, including general manager of The Plettenberg Hotel. He was also the general manager of Cape Grace and Singita Kruger National Park. He has also held key roles as general manager of Niyama Private Islands in the Maldives and managing director of The Stack. Most recently he was head of hospitality at Tswalu Kalahari Reserve.
Pace brings a global perspective and multilingual communication skills that enhance his ability to connect with an international clientele.
