The Ritz-Carlton to Break Ground on St. Kitts Resort in 2025

The St. Kitts Tourism Authority has announced that The St. Kitts Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel and Residences is set to break ground in 2025. Construction on the property is anticipated to begin by the third quarter of 2025 with the resort expected to open in the second quarter of 2028. This development marks a new chapter for the Caribbean island’s luxury hospitality and real estate offerings.

Situated on the Southeast Peninsula, The St. Kitts Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel and Residences will will open with 125 guest suites, 10 branded villas and 15 branded condominium residences. Amenities will include a luxury spa, multiple swimming pools and dining options, The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club, the Ritz Kids Club, and many others designed around a “Kittitian Village” concept.
