Pelorus has introduced two heli-skiing adventures in the remote regions of India and Spain. As with other ski vacations offered by the B Corp travel company specializing in private experiential travel, these new itineraries can also be customized with a vast range of experiences.
The new itineraries include:
- Peaks and Powder: Heli-Skiing in the Himalayas – Kashmir, known as “Paradise on Earth,” is a winter haven for dry powder skiing in the Western Himalayas. Imagine six full days of powder skiing and jumping in and out of helicopters into ravishing landscapes with untracked snow. Freshly prepared lunches are served on the mountain and sumptuous dinners are enjoyed at your luxury resort. The final night is spent onboard a traditional houseboat in Srinagar. The itinerary is best enjoyed from January to March.
- A Heli-Skiing Alpine Adventure in the Spanish Pyrenees – Val d’Aran in the heart of the Pyrenees is rich in culture, gastronomy and scenic beauty. With a helicopter at your disposal and expert ski guides, you’ll find the best snow and ski Spain’s highest glacier. Your private luxury ski chalet in Baqueira Beret comes with a private chef. Other activities include snowmobiling to 12th-century monasteries, snowshoeing and sledding. This itinerary is best enjoyed from December to March.
